Super cute, but kind of a weird air to it. Like, it's not clear why Rue keeps having those twitching attacks. She doesn't look at Kira while she's having them, nor does it seem like she's trying to look away, and Kira doesn't seem to bother her, so I can't tell why she's doing it. It's also not clear if Kira is normal in this world or the house is beat up because of Kira or if Rue is just down on her luck or sloppy or something. This is probably the kind of thing that a real pilot episode could address easily, but in a 2 minute short, you really need more concise staging to convey these things. Right now, these unclear things add up to an interesting mystery that would make me want to stick around for a longer episode, but I don't know if my questions would actually get answered, if it's supposed to be mysterious or if it's just that the directing is kinda wonky and it always will be.
